I regularly host workshops in the Philadelphia Area and worldwide in-person and virtually. My offerings reflect my multifaceted areas of interest and specialty, ranging from a monthly Men’s Circle to specialized trainings in conscious relationship and emotional awareness to yoga philosophy and yoga lifestyle immersions. My workshops and trainings are a dynamic and inspiring combination of lecture, experiential moments, and practice. Join us for our monthly in-person Empowered Connection Men’s Circle - the 1st Saturday of every month at Uprising Arts, Culture, & Movement in South Philadelphia
Empowered Connection Men’s Circle is a safe, conscious space for intentional & meaningful connection, healthy masculinity, community, vulnerability, inspiration, sharing, support, and personal empowerment.
Each meet-up is a combination of circle-sharing and emotional awareness, somatic movement, meditation, empowerment + connection practices
Come as you are and participate as you desire, we are here to meet you where you are at and provide a regular supportive space for connecting more deeply to yourself, to other men + masculine-identifying people, and to a greater potential.
We are a diverse group and welcome men from any background, at any stage of life, at any stage in their journey past the age of 21 years old.
