Daniel, a 500hr E-YRT teacher, has been teaching yoga for over 16 years and has been a teacher of teachers in the Philadelphia Area and beyond for over a decade. A fan of coupling strength with grace and effort with ease, Daniel has a passion for bringing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual depths of yoga into the lives of all people in ways that are down-to-earth, dynamic, inspiring, inclusive, and fun. Be prepared to breathe, flow, love and laugh via a fiery, heart-centered class which nurtures the dance between the body’s innate wisdom and the soul’s unique spark.
Daniel is also a therapist, a certified relationship coach & empowerment coach, and a licensed massage therapist. He and his wife co-own the organic, intentional herbal remedy line Bhava Wellness. He is also the host of the Empowered Connection podcast and leads men’s circles, coaching immersions, kirtans, yoga philosophy workshops, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings both locally and nationally.

Join us for our monthly in-person Empowered Connection Men’s Circle - the 3rd Saturday of every month at Uprising Arts Culture & Movement in South Philadelphia
Empowered Connection Men’s Circle is a safe, conscious space for intentional & meaningful connection, healthy masculinity, community, vulnerability, inspiration, sharing, support, and personal empowerment.
Each meet-up is a combination of circle-sharing and emotional awareness, somatic movement, meditation, empowerment + connection practices
Come as you are and participate as you desire, we are here to meet you where you are at and provide a regular supportive space for connecting more deeply to yourself, to other men + masculine-identifying people, and to a greater potential
We are a diverse group and welcome men from any background, at any stage of life, at any stage in their journey past the age of 21 years old.
